Found a security bug? Please report responsibly. We take all security reports seriously and will acknowledge your report within 24 hours.

Go to App Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Yes. Ephemeral messages are hard-deleted from our servers as soon as they are read. Snaps are deleted after viewing. Stories are deleted after 24 hours. We cannot recover them.
No. Calls use WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. We never record, intercept, or store call content.
Yes. Location permission is optional and only used for the Discover nearby feature. You can deny it and still use all other features.
Log in with your phone number — you can update your display name and username in Profile Settings at any time.
